Return Policy

Item/s may be returned or exchange within 15 days of your order. Please email info@powder-studio.com with your intent to return and ship your item to us within 15 days of your request for return. Powder Studio is not responsible for the shipping fees of returned item/s. If 15 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please package returns carefully and ship to our studio at :

If items are returned damaged or broken a refund will not be eligible.

Damage

Porcelain is fragile and breakage happens from time to time. If you receive item/s that are damaged in shipping please keep the box and packing materials it was shipped with (in accordance with USPS claims policy) and email photos of the box and damaged item/s to Stephen at info@powder-studio.com. Failure to do so will disqualify your order for a refund or exchange. We will provide you with new item/s as quickly as possible.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please keep in mind that all of our products are handmade and therefore some variance in size, shape and finish is part of our small batch process. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive the item your purchase will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
